Coach Guernsey has been coaching for over 20 years and has guided RHAM High School to 10 state championships! His program at RHAM has produced 4 CT Gatorade Players of the Year. He has been honored with the CT Volleyball Coach of the Year and was recently inducted into the CT Volleyball Women's Hall of Fame.
